To search and book flights, we collect account details (name, email, phone), passenger information required by airlines (date of birth, gender, nationality, passport details for international travel), and payment/transaction records for bookings and wallet top-ups.
We use this information to create and manage bookings, process payments through our supported gateways, send booking confirmations and updates, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Passenger details are shared with the operating airline and our flight provider partners (Plasma Air, Travelport/Galileo) only as required to complete and ticket your booking.
Payments are handled by our payment gateway partners (such as Khalti). HawaiYatra does not store your card or wallet credentials - only transaction references and amounts needed for your booking records.
We retain booking, passenger, and transaction records for as long as needed to support your travel history, resolve disputes, and meet legal/accounting obligations.
You can review and update your profile information from your dashboard at any time. To request deletion of your account data, contact us using the details below.
We use industry-standard measures - including encrypted connections and access controls - to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
