By accessing or using HawaiYatra to search, compare, or book flights, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Flight availability and fares are provided in real time by our airline and GDS partners (including Plasma Air for domestic Nepal routes and Travelport for international routes) and can change until a booking is confirmed and paid for. A booking is only guaranteed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation with a PNR is issued.
Payments are processed through supported Nepalese payment gateways (such as Khalti) and via your HawaiYatra wallet balance. You are responsible for ensuring accurate passenger and contact details before completing payment, as airline change/correction fees may apply afterward.
Cancellation eligibility, fees, and refund timelines are governed by the fare rules of the operating airline at the time of booking. Approved refunds are credited back via your original payment method, bank transfer, or as a HawaiYatra credit note, depending on the option you select at cancellation.
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID) required for your itinerary, and for arriving at the airport within the check-in windows required by the operating airline.
HawaiYatra acts as a booking intermediary between you and the operating airlines. We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or other events caused by the airline or circumstances outside our control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HawaiYatra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
